• Serving of Green Veg
• Ratatouille
• Chicken slices
• Cottage cheese (30g)
• 2 Rice cakes
(Remember to drink plenty of water)

• Scrambled Egg Whites (x2)
• 1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast
• Chilli sauce
