• 1/2 Apple

(Good for pre workout)

• 250g Chicken breast

• 100g Brown Rice.

• Serving of Green Veg

• Ratatouille

• Chicken slices

• Cottage cheese (30g)

• 2 Rice cakes

(Remember to drink      plenty of water)

LOW CARB

• Scrambled Egg Whites (x2)

• 1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast
