• 2 Slices of wholemeal toast.
• 1/2 avocado.
• 2 Rice cakes
• Nut butter
• 1 Small apple.
(Good for pre workout)
• 200g Chicken breast.
• Sweet potato.
• 2 Servings of green veg.
• Whey protein shake.
• Oatmeal mixed with 1 scoop of whey protein.
(Good for post workout)
• 1 Yolk and 2 egg white omelete.
• Filling: Diced chicken, mushrooms and spinach.
• 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt

• 1/2 Bananna
