(Good for pre workout)

• 200g Chicken breast

• 60g Brown Rice.

• Serving of Green Veg

• Turkey Bacon

• Fresh vegetables.

• Cottage cheese

• 2 Rice cakes

(Remember to drink      plenty of water)

• 2 Boiled Eggs

• 1/2 avocado
